• 01 Convenient and Safe EO Gas Sterilization

  This sterilizer uses the "100% ethylene oxide(EO) gas" as sterilant and can sterilize conveniently many medical devices and instruments or bulky loads at once by convenient way of only inserting a small disposable gas cartridge on the holder recessed in the chamber wall. The sterilization and aeration process are all completed in the chamber under negative pressure, therefore leakage of EO gas in the working area can be fully prevented.

• 02 One-touching Operation of Vertical Automatic Sliding Door

  The vertical automatic sliding door moves up and down smoothly by one-touching the door control buttons on the touch screen, therefore sterilizing is much more safe and convenient than the hinged door type. Moreover it has an advantage of saving the required space for operating the sterilizer. The automatic sliding door is divided to the single door type and double door type, the advantage of double door is that the risk of recontamination after sterilization could be prevented because the sterilized loads are taken out at the clean area.

• 03 Various Cycle Programs and Self-diagnosis Function

  4 kinds of sterilization cycle program and the vacuum leak test cycle program are installed in the sterilizer and the operator can select a proper cycle program according to the type of materials or items to be sterilized and sterilize them conveniently. If an error has occurred during operating the sterilizer, the error code is displayed on the touch screen accompanying an audible alarm and the cycle in progress is aborted at the same time automatically for the safety of workplace by the self-diagnosis program.

• 04 Cycle Execution Data Storing and Retrieval Function

  At least 11 years of cycle execution records are automatically stored on the Flash memory of the control unit. The user can search and check the results of a cycle performed in the past by input the date performed or cycle count number on the touch screen, and print out the record by the built-in panel printer for using as an evidence data of sterilization quality. • 05 Printing of Cycle Performance Record

  The built-in panel printer prints out the cycle performance record for analyzing the results of sterilization and keeping as a quality evidence and traceability.
