  This 100% ethylene oxide(EO) gas sterilizer is intended to sterilize the medical instruments, devices and supplies, which are labile to high temperature and
  pressure and improper for steam sterilization structurally, safely and effectively at
  low temperature.

  EO gas sterilization is complementary to the steam sterilization and is the essential sterilizing method for the hospitals and the medical institutions employing
  precise and delicate medical instruments and devices.

  This sterilizer uses the "100% ethylene oxide(EO) gas" as sterilant and can sterilize the medical devices, instruments and supplies effectively by convenient
  way of only inserting a small disposable gas cartridge on the holder recessed in
  the chamber wall.

  Especially the sterilization and the aeration process are all completed in the chamber under negative pressure, therefore leakage of EO gas in the working area
  can be fully prevented. EO gas being sucked by powerful vacuum pump is
  exhausted to the drain system with water safely after sterilization phase.

  4 kinds of sterilization cycle program and the vacuum leak test cycle program are embedded in the sterilizer and the operator can select a proper cycle program
  according to the type of materials or items to be sterilized and sterilize them
  conveniently. User can set a special user cycle program by changing the basic cycle parameters at user's pleasure for handling a particular sterilization condition
  smoothly if needed.

  The self diagnostic program monitors the cycle progress in real time, when an error has occurred during progressing a cycle, displays the corresponding error
  code and message on the touch screen immediately accompanying an audible
  alarm, and aborts the cycle in progress at the same time after venting the
  chamber automatically for safety of workplace.

  At least 11 years of cycle execution records are automatically stored in the Flash memory of controller. The user can automatically retrieve the result of the
  sterilization cycle that was executed in the past as needed and print the contents
  with the panel printer mounted on the sterilizer, and use the result as an evidence
  of sterilization quality.

  Touch screen type color LCD allows user to operate the sterilizer more easily and quickly by touching the function buttons(pads) on the screen, and also to check
  the state of cycle progressing such as the actual temperature, pressure and
  humidity in the chamber etc. conveniently in real time on the screen.

  It is effective to sterilize the bulky loads or a large quantity of medical devices and supplies at once by the large sized chamber.

  The door is divided to the automatic and manual operating type and user can operate it on the control panel. The safety and sealing function is excellent
  because the door locking unit is composed of the radial lever structure. In case
  the driving unit of automatic operating door is out of order or power failure, user
  is able to operate the door manually by using the door hand wheel without any
  special tool and procedures.
