HANSHIN ACTIPLAZ® HP-3041 small sized low-temperature plasma sterilizer sterilizes the medical devices sensitive to high temperature or humidity quickly and gently by oxidizing and decomposing proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids of microorganisms on the materials to be sterilized with the free radicals and active oxygens generated by contacting with the vaporized hydrogen peroxide.

Only a source of electric power is required in the place where installing the sterilizer and the additional facilities such as air compressor, drain piping and water source etc. are unnecessary, therefore the required space to install is rightly saved. 1. Cheap sterilization cost
It is possible to sterilize 10 times continuously with one bottle of 150cc sterilant(about 2$/cycle).


2. Preheating and drying function for the items to be sterilized in the chamber
Before sterilization, the air in the chamber is sucked into the vaporizer and the hot air heated in the vaporizer is introduced into the chamber forcibly, and the cool air in the items to be sterilized and chamber is removed by the vacuum pump. This process is repeated for the set time. The sterilization effect is very advanced through this process because the hot air could be penetrated into the items or lumen of instruments to be sterilized and then they are preheated and dried.


3. Vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilant
Hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) solution is vaporized in a vaporizer and injected into a vacuum chamber, then it contacts to the surface and inside lumen of the medical devices to be sterilized by controlled air pressure difference, then it kills the spores of microbes by a strong chemical oxidation reaction.  

4. Safe and convenient handling for sterilant
The sterilant(hydrogen peroxide solution), which is contained in the special designed bottle for conserving or handling, is injected into the chamber in a state of vapor automatically by having only to insert the sterilant bottle in the holder of injection unit conveniently and safely, therefore the safety for operator and workplace is guaranteed under any circumstances.


5. Decomposition device of exhaust gas
The sterilizer exhaust line is equipped with an plasma generator and a catalytic filter to completely decompose the residual hydrogen peroxide into water steam and oxygen during evacuating the chamber and it is harmless to the patient, the health care providers and the surrounding environment.


6. High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter for bacteria capture
The HEPA filter capable of capturing 99.999% of particles of 0.3 μm is used to filter the outside air entering the chamber, thus preventing re-contamination caused by airborne bacteria.


7. Full automatic cycle processing
The entire phase of sterilization cycle is progressed full automatically by the microprocessor built in the control unit.


8. Convenient sterilizer operation by one-touch control panel
It is easy to operate the sterilizer with one touch of the graphic flat button arranged on the control panel, and is convenient to control by monitoring the progress status of a cycle on the LCD screen in real time.


9. Tracking of the results of sterilization in the past 11 years
Aa a unique feature of our sterilizer, at least 11 years of cycle history is automatically stored in the control unit so that the user can retrieve the results of the sterilization cycle that was performed in the past and check the contents if necessary.
