HANSHIN ACTIPLAZⓇ HP-3550 low temperature hydrogen peroxide sterilizer is designed to see the plasma formed in the chamber at first hand during sterilization process through the monitoring window, and this will give a confidence to operators for the plasma sterilization.

1. Preheating and drying function for the items to be sterilized in the chamber
Before sterilization, the air in the chamber is sucked into the vaporizer and the hot air heated in the vaporizer is introduced into the chamber forcibly, and the cool air in the items to be sterilized and chamber is removed by the air circulation pump. This process is repeated for the set time. The sterilization effect is very advanced through this process because the hot air could be penetrated into the items or lumen of instruments to be sterilized and then they are preheated and dried.


2. Convenient sterilizer operating and process monitoring by a large touch screen
Operating the sterilizer is very easy and convenient by one touching the graphic designed button on the large color touch screen, and the cycle progressing state is displayed in real time on the screen.


3. Safe and convenient handling for sterilant
The sterilant(hydrogen peroxide solution), which is contained in the special designed bottle for conserving or handling, is injected into the chamber in a state of vapor automatically by having only to insert the sterilant bottle in the holder of injection unit conveniently and safely, therefore the safety for operator and workplace is guaranteed under any circumstances.


4. Powerful pump performance of deep vacuum
The sterilant penetration was improved remarkably in the phase of injection by adopting the vacuum pump with large capacity and deep vacuum performance and the sterility was enhanced by forming even plasma in the chamber in the phase of plasma.


5. Eco-friendly dry type vacuum pump
The dry vacuum pump, which does not contain the oil functions to seal and lubricate for maintaining chamber vacuum, needs not oil replacement due to deterioration and the environmental pollution caused by the oil mist could be prevented. And the durability of pump is excellent because a trouble caused by the reaction between the exhaust gas and oil is not occurred.


6. Eco-friendly manganese dioxide(MnO2) catalyst filter
It is harmless to the patients, health care providers and environment because the manganese dioxide catalyst filter installed in the end of exhaust line remove the residual toxic ingredient included in exhaust gas completely before discharging it in the air during chamber exhausting process.


7. Cycle Execution Data Storing and Retrieval Function
At least 11 years of cycle execution records are automatically stored on the Flash memory of the control unit. The user can search and check the results of a cycle performed in the past by input the date performed or cycle count number on the touch screen, and print out the record by the built-in panel printer for using as an evidence data of sterilization quality.
