This S-Class small steam sterilizer is proper to sterilize effectively the general medical devices and supplies used frequently in the health care institutions.



1. Innovative air removal
The medical instruments and devices are sterilized perfectly after purging the cool air from the chamber through the positive pressure pulse process formed by the saturated steam in the chamber introducing and exhausting alternately for a period of time, and then the loads can be dried enough during progressing the negative pressure(vacuum) pulse process formed in the chamber for the set drying time. This cycle process is a innovative technique developed for the S-class small steam sterilizer, thus this sterilizer has been improved the sterilization performance and operation efficiency remarkably.


2. Unique small steam generator
This sterilizer is equipped with the new type external steam generator which can vaporize water instantly, and the saturated vapor is injected into the chamber as a sterilizing media, therefore the chamber is less contaminated than the internal steam generating type and the usable chamber space is widened because there is no heater assembly in the chamber.


3. Use of clean steam every cycle
The used water after completing a sterilizing cycle is collected in the collecting container designed separately with the reservoir, therefore the saturated steam generated by a clean water always can be supplied to perform every sterilizing cycle.


4. Safe and durable unwelded chamber
By adopting an integral chamber unwelded, the durability is excellent and a trouble such as leaking of pressurized vapor and vacuum during progressing a cycle is not occurred accidently.


5. Various cycle programs of the optimum condition
5 kinds of the basic cycle program composed of the optimum sterilization parameters are installed in this sterilizer and the operator can select a proper cycle program among them conveniently for sterilizing, moreover user can change the set values of the basic cycle programs as user's please if necessary for applying to a special sterilization condition or materials. And the vacuum leak test cycle to test the leakage of vacuum in the sterilizer is also installed, therefore the operators are always able to operate this sterilizer safely.


6. Safe and convenient self-diagnosis function
If an error has occurred during operating the sterilizer, it is detected and the error code is displayed on the LED display accompanying an audible alarm, and the cycle in progress is aborted automatically for safety by the built-in self-diagnosis program.


7. Convenient monitoring of a cycle processing
The operator is able to check a cycle progressing conveniently on the LCD monitor because the state of sterilizer operation is displayed digitally in real time on it.


8. Cycle Execution Data Storing and Ubiquitous Function
The cycle performance records executed at least for 11 years are stored in the control unit in order. The user can automatically search the results of sterilization cycle performed previously by input the date performed cycle or the cycle count number and prints out the result record by the built-in panel printer. The user can download or backup those data in the USB memory and monitor the operation of sterilizer on the external PC by connecting the USB or LAN cable to the built-in communication ports. Moreover the communication program including an ubiquitous function provided allows user to manage the operation of plural(maximum 15 sets) sterilizers at once. (optional specification)


9. Printing of the cycle performance record  (optional)

The panel printer can be equipped to print out the cycle performance record for securing the traceability afterwards.
